Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Graphic Designer I:
- Independently manage and execute design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and creative input
- Design and produce a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and more
- Create original corporate communication pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Liaise with various departments and vendors to ensure continuity and quality in design
- Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM), including creating new files, updating current files, and conducting training webinars
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements, and leverage this knowledge in your design work
Required Skills for Graphic Designer I:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 1 year of Graphic Design experience or a relevant internship
- Experience in vendor management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships
- Proficiency in cloud-based Marketing Software; experience with the Google Platform is a plus
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
