Overview
TriStarr’s client, located in Manheim, PA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead shop and field-related projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness while fostering professional relationships with clients and contractors. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from handoff to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients, general contractors, and suppliers.
- Schedule labor, subcontracts, materials, and equipment for projects of varying sizes.
- Manage job costs and ensure profitability.
- Bid and manage multiple RFQs and projects concurrently.
- Understand and manage steel fabrication, industrial piping fabrication, and system installation.
- Provide clear communication with customers, management, supervisors, and craftspersons.
- Prepare proposals, change orders, and project documents.
- Attend meetings and serve as the company representative on site.
- Manage project documents, including quotes, submittals, and permits.
- Utilize project management software such as Vista and B2W.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, preparing estimates, and meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license for travel to job sites.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate job sites.
- Specific vision abilities, including close and peripheral vision, are required.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to moving equipment and outdoor weather conditions.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Â
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in metal fabrication, industrial piping, and field work management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

START DATE: Asap (pending interviews)
PAY RATE:Â $70,000 – $100,000 annually
HOURS:Â Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm
